How do I place an order?
To place an order for a painted bottle, head to the Bubbly page to fill out an order form or schedule a phone consultation. All ready-to ship items and collections can be found in our boutique page. For events and other commissions, please fill out a contact form or send an email to email@example.com with project details!
Do you do collaborations?
Yes! I love collaborating with brands and creators! Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with all your fun ideas, budget, and any inspiration!
Our full service atelier works with clients from concept to completion, providing any and all materials needed for creative consulting, gifting & on site activations.
Do you supply the materials?
Do you do wholesale/bulk orders?
Yes! I love working with retailers or large orders for events. Perfect for seasonal prints, signature collections, or corporate gifting. I suggest booking with plenty of time to fulfill the order. Please send details to email@example.com with name, address, and interest.
What is your turnaround time?
I highly recommend booking at least a month or two in advance, if possible. For holidays, birthdays, graduations, etc- the earlier the better. In the gifting world, we always try to stay a step (or season) ahead. If possible, start thinking about your celebrations in the beginning of the year! The further in advance you book, the more likely I will be able to take on your order! With that being said, if you have a celebration pop up that you absolutely have to have a special piece commissioned, don't hesitate to reach out. I assess my workload monthly, and occasionally I am able to take on additional or rush orders!
How to care for your bottle.
Your special bottles represent an important celebration, so you want to preserve them long after the party ends, right? Well, caring for them will help to keep them in perfect condition (even after being popped)! Although it is sealed in a protective glossy coat, it's important to remember that it is still painted on the glass. In order to preserve the paint, I don't recommend submerging it in ice (or water) as condensation may form underneath the paint causing it to bubble. Who wants warm Champagne? No one! Don't worry, you can still chill in a refrigerator or wine cooler prior to serving. Post-pop, you can remove any residue by gently hand washing. Ta-Da, now you have a lovely vase or candleholder!

Orders & Shipping
As all of our orders are made to order, please allow at least 4 weeks prior to shipping. For orders requested within less than a 4 week period, a priority fee and expedited shipping fees may apply. When your order ships you will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with a tracking information. All orders will arrive in a protective shipping boxes.
Returns & Refunds
All orders are final sale. Final designs are discussed via email correspondence and are confirmed via paid invoice. If you’ve received a damaged (broken, cracked, etc) or wrong item, contact us at email@example.com with a photo of the damaged/wrong item and your order number. We’ll take it from there!
